Dr. Quynn Morehouse received her doctoral degree from Antioch University New England in 2010. She completed her formal residency training at Memorial University of Newfoundland in St. John's Newfoundland, Canada. Before relocating to Maine with her family in 2015 she was a full-time faculty member at Sheridan College in their counseling center.
Dr. Morehouse works with adolescents and adults. She has extensive experience working with a wide range of personal and mental health issues, including but not limited to the following: anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, phobias, sleep disorders, grief/bereavement, sexual orientation/gender issues, trauma/abuse, self-confidence/self-esteem, disordered eating, substance abuse, career uncertainty, academic struggles, and relationship/interpersonal issues. Dr. Morehouse also has an interest in women's issues, including family planning, pregnancy, and postpartum. In her spare time Dr. Morehouse enjoys spending time with her family, running with her golden retriever (walking or lazing around with her Great Dane), and snowboarding. |
